Senior Business Development Manager:   A person with minimum of 5 or more years experience in developing business in the B2B space. Preferably with a technical background to understand our Fire Alarm Public address and home automation systems. Person will be required to work from Horamavu and will involve travel to major cities in India to develop business. The BDM will be leading a team of 4-5 people and will have to make calls with them to successfully generate business. Attractive incentives.   Knowledge of leading digital marketing effort and SEO will be highly useful.  

The profile will involve establishing contact with consultants and system integrators through field visits. social media outreach and other networking platforms generating enquiries and converting them into orders. A very important aspect also will be to enlist our products with various consultants public and private organisations  like CPWD etc and generate a regular stream of business. 


Fresh MBA Candidates: 

The company has a culture of  recruiting fresh MBA candidates and training them on B2B marketing and sales after 4 months of paid internship @ Rs 15,000/month and then later after successful completion of internship confirming them on a full time basis with upto 4 Lakhs per anum salary with other reimbursements, incentives and allowance. Technical background preferred. Good language skills will be added advantage.  Candidates may be required to travel to major Indian cities  for upto 2-3 weeks  monthly  sometimes to develop business in that region.

Victofire Pyrox is an End To End Fire Alarm System for large infrastructure.

Currently, having established its initial market, in North and West of India, the company now wants to augment its team in Bangalore with a dynamic, multifaceted, professional. 

The Company now looks forward to appointing an experienced/fresh MBA preferably with Technical Background who will be responsible for 

1. Building up the website and digital marketing profile of the company through appointed agencies.

2. Attending and generating new enquiries.

3. Coordinating with Local Project Management Activities. 

4. Other Minor Administrative Activities related to Product Launch, Sales and Marketing, execution, collection etc.

Candidates with Good Skills in written/spoken English. Experience in Sales, Marketing and Administration may apply. Since the Factory/Office is located in Hoskote Industrial Area, it would be preferable for the candidates to be located in nearby areas like K.R Puram, Whitefield, Battrahalli etc.

Qualification:

As explained above, the company is looking for MBAs/ People with Commensurate experience to give shape to the Southern India expansion and Digital Marketing project. The incumbent candidate must have flair to learn and perform in a startup environment and set new trends. The candidate will be relied upon to develop as a leader in this endeavour and should come with a long term association in mind. 

Internship Period for Freshers:

For Fresh MBA Candidates, there shall be an internship period for 2 months. 

Even Final Year Students who have completed their Course and are waiting for their results can also apply. Students who have  their final exams pending are also eligible to apply for internship cum job appointment option.  His appointment would commence immediately after successful completion of this internship period.  During the internship period the candidate shall be given stipend allowance of Rs 15000 for 30 working days without any other remuneration.

Internship Period is not Applicable for Experienced Candidates.

The company is poised to become a leader in the space of fire safety and home automation in the very near future. Candidate taking up this profile will be starting his tenure at the early part of the rapid growth phase of the company and hence stands to benefit from rapid career growth on delivering good performance. 

 Package:

Package for MBA freshers would be CTC of Rs. 3L to Rs. 4.5L per annum and for experienced Candidate would be between Rs. 5L to 9L.  This will include a Variable Performance Pay of around Rs. 40,000 to Rs 60,000 for freshers and Rs. 1L for experienced staff which would be paid at the completion of the financial year. After 30 days' internship term, the candidate would be on probation for 6 months and after this candidate would be confirmed as a permanent employee of the company.

Office timings:

9.00 am to 6.00 pm  Sundays off.

Employee Retention Policy:

The company expects the selected candidate to work with the company at least for a period of 2 years. if the candidate quits the company before completion of the 2 years’ tenure; unless there is substantial reason for the management to believe that the exit is due to very genuine reason, the company would have the discretion to mention such premature exit as a remark in the experience certificate.

The company does not follow any methods like Collecting the Certificates of candidates or signing a bond etc. The only  retention strategy of the company is to give good technical knowledge and performance based incentives to the candidates.
